Lavender will relax you and there is a little Neroli essential oil in it too. There's a mixture of organic Shea Butter, Meadowfoam Seed oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Rosehip Seed Oil, and Organic Evening Primrose Oil. This product is also vegan. LOVE IT!
